Arkansas Health Group
was
established in 1995 as a physician group practice designed to better
position physicians for healthcare delivery of the future.
Our strategic model for development of new opportunities, systems and products is based upon four
initiatives:
- Increasing access
- Improving clinical outcomes
- Improving financial performance
- Improving satisfaction (patient, physician
and employee.)
Indicators and targets have been developed
for each of these areas. Our clients and centralized MSO staff use
this model for prioritizing work and focusing all new development
activities.
Patients, employers and managed care
providers are seeking the cost savings, depth of service and quality
care which an integrated healthcare system, such as BAPTIST HEALTH,
can provide. As a part of the network, Arkansas Health Group offers a
solid foundation of financial, technical and professional support
including well-staffed and equipped clinics that promote excellent
patient care. As our network has matured, our services and core
competencies have grown also. It is our plan to continue this growth
and development in order to meet the needs of the market in the state
of Arkansas.
